Total Gym 1000 Exercise Book - Free Download

Well I just noticed that Fitness Quest, Inc went out of business and they had manuals for certain exercise equipment including the old Total Gym 1000. Many upon many people still search for the exercise book for the Total Gym 1000. Luckily I had downloaded it before the Fitness Quest website was removed. And since I am a nice person you can download the Total Gym 1000 Exercise Book here in this post. Sadly many people are trying to make a profit over this exercise manual but not I. You can download it for free below.

    I recently moved and had some stuff in storage and bam, theres my TG1000 i bought in OKC around 1998 and I forgot I had it. its been many years and its practically brand new. I have the owners manual but no exercise, now i do. so like previously stated, thank you.

    Thank you so much for sharing this. I have moved a couple times since I got my original total gym and have misplaced the paperwork. I believe older is better and feel no need to buy newer equipment. You are one of a kind, as you share out of the kindness of your heart and not for profit. Thanks again!

    It's so nice to know that there are great people out there who think of others - just like you, you are so thoughtful for putting this manual on here, thank you so much as we have the machine but lost the manual long ago and have been looking on and off for years, some sites want money for the manual so we never bothered but now found yours and you are giving it for free, god bless you.

    A big thank-you for sharing from my wife and I, we got our old TG1000 out after being hidden away for 6 or 7 years.
    Sharing the Exercise book means we get to get the best out of it again.

    Thank You! I've had a used Total Gym in the basement for several years. I looked for a free booklet soon after getting the machine without success. This winter in Michigan has been a tough one and vacation time is coming. Us old foggies need to start peeling off the winter coat.

    Thanks so much for the Total Gym PDF.
    Wife wants to start using the TG and of course I could not find the original exercise manual.
    It annoys me that many people are charging up to $6.50 for a download copy of this small booklet. And they don't even hold the copyright on it themselves.

    Thank you so much! I bought my Total Gym in 1999 and used it quite regularly for a number of years but then set it aside. Now I want to get back to it--as a 75 year old female ;-) --but could only find the Owner's Manual. I really appreciate being able to find the Exercise Booklet online, thanks to you.
